The Hand County Rubble Site is a "restricted use site" for the disposal of specific items. It is not a general disposal "dump". It does not receive household refuse. (605) 460-8722
The rubble site will be closed, as it is throughout the year, on all Sundays, governmental holidays and other days as authorized by the board of commissioners.
